Like many shoppers, I was hesitant to purchase a sofa set online. The original ad also listed the three tables in the picture as part of the price/set, so the deal was too good to pass up. Two days after purchase, however, I received a call telling me that the tables were NOT part of the set; the ad was incorrect. I asked how they planned on reimbursing me for the cost since it was sold as a complete set, and they had no idea–I suggested they give me an ottoman that I’d seen as part of the (similar) sectional pieces, and they agreed. VisionDecor was great to deal with (ask for Christian, x111), and they wanted nothing more than to make this purchase “right.”
The furniture arrived within a week, and while the delivery guys didn’t have the “white glove service” listed on their instructions (as the ad says), my request for them to call a manager prompted them to just take the packaging with them–a huge help.
The furniture is hollow, that is, the bottom of each piece holds the cushions for shipping–quite cleaver, actually. A few screws and bolts hold the backs and arms to the frames. I was done assembling in less than an hour. The ottoman arrived via FedEx the next day, and all-in-all, this set looks great for the money. No, it’s not the best quality, but for the price, it’s wonderful: the cushions are exactly the same color as they appear online (I bought the sage, a lovely shade of green), the leatherette does not look cheap, and though the backs don’t come up quite as high as my other sofa, these are very comfortable. I was able to redecorate my front room at a reasonable price, and in this economy, that is significant. I would absolutely do business with VisionDecor again.

I got the red sectional with the chaise and ottomon. The red is a bright color, not horrible looking but can rub into clothes. The fabric is almost like a suede, not so bad to clean. Other than that, the couch is a good value for the price, comfortable and easy to set up. The ottomon is perfect and adds as extra leg rest.I would recommend a more neutral color and adding some cool throw pillows.
